Each 27" x 14" plaque includes one signed actual test pressing from The Return of Gor Gor.  It includes an engraved badge with your name and the number. Only 5 will ever be made.

Please use the message section at checkout to let us know what name you want to be engraved on the badge.  If you do not do this, we will use the name on the shipping address.
